Clear reminders to ask leaders to add a valid phone number to their profile
We made it easier for leaders to identify whether they have a valid mobile / cell number connected to SupporterBase. When a call is made, SupporterBase first dials in the leader then contacts the supporter. This calling process will fail if the leader themselves does not have a valid number, although previously it may have not been obvious to leaders why a call failed. To resolve this, all calling buttons in SupporterBase will be disabled if the leader does not have a valid mobile, and they will see a popover that explains “Please enter a valid phone number on your profile in order to enable all calling features”, with a link to where that can be updated.
